Inv 2022.2.2 Find duplicate not working

I'am trying to get Find duplicate working on every station in out company. On most stations this option is not working en we see a blue wheel keeps turning. And on some station it works well.

We can not find out why it works at some station and not working at the other stations. There isn't any differences between these stations.

Please check if disable " Show Home at startup" in Inventor Options/General helps.

Sorry for the late reaction. Most of our users don't use the home tab. So this is mostly disabled. And on some stations it is enable and the Find duplicates works.

I've tried this before, enabling/disabling Home at startup isn't working for us.

Here the Find Duplicates also has this blue wheel  - I think it kinda hangs inventor.

We do not have the home checked neither. Waited +20 mins

Work around  with Run Shared Views mentioned in the autodesk suppport

It works only if I starts inventor and open the Shared View panel first and then Find Duplicates panel. It won't work when I had opened Find Duplicates panel first and close it, open the Shared View panel and reopen the Find Duplicates panel.
