This post is helping someone on my Robotics Team.
Ok, so the person Installed AutoCad Inventor 2016. When they ran it, it had an error. So they uninstalled Inventor. Latter they tried to install AutoCad 2016 agian, but when they went to install it on the Install Selection Page or the Configure Installation Page The First Object for the Install "AutoDesk(R) Inventor(R) 2016" is not able to be checked and it has a Crossed out Circle Icon that is RED. If you hovor over it, it says "AutoDesk(R) Inventor(R) 2016 is already installed. If you want to install the English language pack, you can install it from: C:\Autodesk\WI\Autodesk Inventor 2016\x64\en-US\Inventor" If you goto the Directory there is InventorLP.msi if you run it says use Setup.exe. There is no Setup.exe
Im not sure if AutoDesk was not uninstalled Correctly.
The OS is Windows 10. The Hardware not that it matters is Dell Latitude.
