Install Vault 2020 Problem ASP.Net account lack permission

Hi All ..

Does anyone has problem install vault server 2020 as seen as picture below:

We had tried to follow the troubleshoot with this link:

the result is still same, please advice..

Got to know that this was solved and you are now with 2020.2 update. If you can share the details on how you solved that might help others in case if someone faces the same issue.
