I tried to start a copy design and received the following error message:

VaultIndexError.JPG

I've never seen this before.  Any troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure whether or not it's just a coincidence, but I defragmented the Vault database from the ADMS Console.  Since then I haven't had any problems.

I know it's old, however, it worked for me too.

Coincidence? Maybe.

Still, it worked! 🙂

Hello!

it’s been a long time since we went through this.

I have no access to the ADSM console right now, so can’t reproduce it.

please take a look at this article, and remember defragmentation of a database is a delicate process.

please take all precautions needed.

thanks!
