Importing Excel file into Vault

We went from 2015 to 2020, we are trying to import an Excel file in Item Master for BOM structures of Autocad Files.

When trying to Import, there is not a option to select an Excel (File Type). Is there a way to add Excel files?

In principle items and item structure are best generated from CAD files readings. Also file association is better established.

Still if you stick to import try csv file. Conversion from xls to csv should not be that hard.
