iLogicRuleStatus is not getting "InUse"

Hi,

I have a problem with a file (part, assembly, drawing; every file could cause this problem) in Vault. For the release process the Vault property "iLogicRuleStatus" must be set to "InUse". This system property normally gets the state when I set Event Triggers in Inventor and then check the file in.

But in some cases the Event Triggers are set in the file, but the Property in Vault doesn't recognize it. So it is not possible to release this file, although the file is ok.

How could that be?

Please take a look at the attached files.

#1 is the trigger window from Inventor.

#2 is the view from Vault. In the column "iLogicRuleStatus" is nothing shown, although the file is checked in.
