How to download Vault Server from Autodesk Accounts

One of the most frequent questions we hear in Autodesk Support is how to, or where to download Vault Server from.

To download Vault Server.

1. In a web browser, go to manage.autodesk.com...
   • 
2. Login.
   •  
3. Click "Management".
   • 
4. For Vault Workgroup and Vault Professional click "All Products and Services" 
   (For "Vault Basic - Server", "Vault Basic - Client", they should appear next to your "qualifying product". A qualifying product is one that comes bundled with the right to use Vault).
   • 
5. In the top right hand corner, click the Search \ Magnify \ Find Icon.
   • 
6. If your organisation has purchased Vault Professional or Vault Workgroup, and your Software co-ordinator (a member of your organisation) has granted you permission to download the software, it will now appear. 
   Click the pull down arrow next to the Software name, then click the "Downloads"  link to open a new pop-out window. 
   • 
7. Vault Professional is ADMS 
   Vault File Server is AVFS 
   Vault Professional Client is the client that connect to either of the above.

8. Click "View all" to see the three download and installation options.
   •
