get message while searching

we just switched Vault professional from 2015 to 2018 version. when I search in Vault 2018, I get this message:"File content cannot be searched because the content Indexing Service has been disabled. Do you want to continue?" I have to click Yes to get results.

 

I didn't get this message when using Vault Professional 2015 and my colleagues don't get this message.

 

could you give me some advice?

Content Indexing has to be enabled on the Vault Server (ADMS). Please get that enabled and see if that works.

Hi Nengfei,

please uncheck the "search file content" checkbox in the search like you see in the video below.

hi

i have a big problem.i can searching in administrator account but i van not search file or folder on another user.

when search file or folder get message there is no item show but folder exist.what is problem????

 

plz help me!!!!!!!

This seems like an User access error. Please ensure that the specific user has access to that Folder/File.

everyone full access to folder in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\VaultServer\Indexes

yes.rebuils search index and search now working with administrator account.everyone full access to indexes.but i dont now what is problem??????
