Get /Checkout Error

Dear All,

I get this error when using the command "Get" file from Vault Basic. Anyone with experience please help me.

User name or password??  Not seen that one before. Does the same thing happen after a logout/login?

Or if you log on with a different vault user?

Do you get this error only on 'Get/Checkout' action for any other actions in vault client for this user/session ?

I only get "Get/Checkout" error. Other commands have no problem. And all other users/Administrator get the same error.
I tried to change some access rights on the server and got the error as below.

This looks like a server side error, possibly with the impersonation account.

Can you check the server logs to see what it recorded?
