Hello,

 

I'm trying to view all the file version. I see when you select a file the Preview tab will show the revisions, and it looks like the History tab should show all the versions if you check the "show all versions" box. I've checked the box. The number of version counter says 28, but the message is "There are no items to show in this view."

 

How might I view all the versions?

I have seen this error before and it is usually related to a corrupt windows user profile. If you login to your computer with a different user account then login to vault do the versions show up correctly?

 

You can also try removing the Vault's application preference files (this will reset the Vault interface so we recommend you make a backup just in case). These files are stored here on a Windows 7 system:

 

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Vault Professional 2015

 

Where <username> is your windows login name.

 

Hopefully this helps as the version history preview is very useful.
