File reference SERIOUS PROBLEM

Hello,

Today we get some strange problems in the vault

First off, we get error messages 'file reference not processed'

At first I considered this not a serious problem.

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Vault-hint-message...

It turned out that a simple check in checkout solved the problem

But now we also get problems in copy designs.

Some files do not update their reference

I read this article:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Vault-Copy-Design-...

I have vault 2025.2

What I havent updated yet is RealDWG 2025.1.1

Is it possible that someone from autodesk can take a look at this?
Its quite problematic if engineers cant rely on a succesful copy design

Kind regards,

Arnold

It turns out, that one engineer did not install the window update yesterday
He does not have any problems

This might be something to take note at autodesk
