Export permissions per role to list?

Is it possible to view all the permissions/role side by side? I was hoping to export the lists individually but i cant see anyway to do this.

I have painstakingly kept up a spreadsheet of the roles and privileges in vault from year to year.  The items in blue are new or changes to last year.  I hope this helps.

Thanks Mark.  This is exactly where i was going with it.  Suprising a PDM system cant export this by default.

I just fell over this thread as I were looking for something similar for Vault 2019 - and still could not find a list from Autodesk  (BUUUH! ;-).

 Attached you will find my updated version for 2019 - with new Permissions or Roles marked with Yellow. and the Permission and Role Description added from Help on Sheet 2 and 3.

Some permissions have been added/removed and likewise the CC Consumer Role is gone - while Project and Security Adminstrator role is added.

I hope this can help others in same situation

Hi all,

This is possible but a little convoluted. If you hit the 'print preview' button within the 'roles management' dialog, then that dialog has an option to export to various file formats (csv, etc.).
