electrical project item has duplicates and missing manufacturer

I have an AutoCAD electrical project in vault. I ran the assign/update item. then I go to the bill of material and I see there are duplicates of parts. I also have a couple parts that are not showing the manufacturer in the number. See below how both issues  are listed. I am using the CAT-MFG-ASSYCODE. Could it be that I did not get it set up correctly?

I have some. I know where to find things in vault properties but have never done a vault migration or linked vault with AutoCAD electrical before. I am trying to read and watch as many videos as possible but i cant seem to find anything on this subject. in a couple months we are going to buy a support package with the company we are buying our licenses thru. I am just trying to get as many things figured out as possible till then

after i removed all of the bad items. then i saved and closed vault and autocad electrical. i opened them both back up and did the assign/updated again and now them BOMs is correct. Not sure if those bad parts were left over from something i did before or what. then to check further i checked in another project and did the assign/update and all of those items are good as well. everything seems fine
