Copy Design Issue with German OS

We're having an issue with 'Copy Design' with Vault installed on a German Operating System.  The links to AutoCAD xrefs are not being recognized.  Anyone else having this issue?

Could you please let us know the Vault Product (Basic/Workgroup/Professional) and version are you using? And which product file(Inventor/AutoCAD/others) you are using contains links to AutoCAD xrefs?

i do not have Vault 2016/ACAD 2016 and i tested with 2019 combination. Please check the following Screen Cast. Copy design works for the ACAD files with XREFs. So could you please share some sample files for us? You can share here or send it to senthilDOTkumarATautodeskDOTcom
