Why is Vault doing this?"Copy Design" output"Copy Design" output

I've never had this issue until Vault 2019 Basic. Why is it dragging folders over, if it's being copied??? There should be nothing under that expanded folder. I only wanted to copy the part and print, like how it used to work.

Impossible to know without seeing the copy design in action.  Any number of things could have been missed during the rename or folder relocation actions.  Could you capture the workflow in a video maybe?

Hi @janelson33

Are you able to reproduce this easily?

I think we are all quite interested to understand what steps you need to go through to see this behaviour.

Screencast is a handy tool you could use

I'm not sure what you're referring to; there's very few options in that window after right-clicking, Copy Design, on a file within Vault.

The issue resides when I want to move it to a new directory, say from Development to Production in the simplest example.

@Richard.Rankin see my reply below. Unless this is a setting within Vault (which I have looked briefly for) then I just don't really see that many option to screw this up. This is the same way I've done it for forever, with success previously. This overall change happened when upgrading from 2016 or 2017 (I forget what the last Suite we had was) to 2019.
