Cannot able to preview the vault files in Autodesk Thin Client

Hi,

I tried to view idw & dwg files with Thin Client, but when the preview button, the screen expands but not enlarged image. Can any one help to resolve the issue.

Hello,

Which Vault version are you using ?

Please check if you have a dwf file created for the idw and dwg files you are trying to 'Preview' in the thin client.

Also note till Vault 2019 only IE browser is supported. Please check that you are using a supported browser :
