Autoloader Error

When attempting to upload a design folder from my public drive, I am running into an Error in Autoloader that is shown in the attached picture. This comes up just after scanning the files I wish to upload into the Vault, and my login into the the Vault. This error completely stops the progress of uploading files and give me no options. What does this error mean? How can I resolve this error?

Check if there are any files on the destination folder in Vault, in any lifecycle state (as admin, see if anything is not hidden and already there clashing with your files being checked in).
