Are you referring to Copy BOM Structure, the app by Prisma Tech? The one that copies an Item BOM from one to another?

 

They discontinued it when Vault 2015 landed, the program was no longer required as Vault 2015 has an Item 'Save As' so they decided to stop development on it.

 

If that's not what you mean, I've no idea what clone structure is!

i belive this add in is only available from Autodesk Consulting which is not free

This is a component of the "Vault Enterprise Addon".

Depending on your reseller they may be familiar with this tool, if not, contact Autodesk Consulting.
