Autodesk data management job dispatch failure

Hello, 

After server shut down. Vault dispatch didnt start. Can someone tell me what i can do?

JobService.GetPollingInterval() failure
The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'. The authentication header received from the server was 'Digest qop="auth",algorithm=MD5-sess,nonce="+Upgraded+v1714d3b0d4bd0f42b8874e1bf4f2f1057a454b37b7b51d301d141487f3b70417f14939c52f1c951d6aa3366ab30fdf8cf378c0b8d7d1b546f",charset=utf-8,realm="Digest",Negotiate,NTLM'.

I would suggest first starting those two Stopped services in your second image, and if that fixes it I would set them both to start Automatically.  @Jason.Courtemanche should these services be running automatically for the job dispatch?

i tried to run both stopped services. But i can't run SQL Agent.

Ok, i fixed it. This helped me.

AVG took my port :80 for vault.

Hi @firelinsgs,

 

Thank you for the update. I am glad to hear your Vault Server is working. 

Correct if other applications use port 80 this will affect the Vault Services from starting. I have also seen this happen if IIS or .NET settings are changed too much as anything that affects the services from starting and or connecting to port 80 will cause this error.
