Vault 2025.2 Update - Inventor 2025.2 Update Data Standards NOT loading and showing a error

Just did the 2025.2 update, and now data standards will not start. powershell error referencing $breadcrumb.ps1:84 char.5

Anyone have any ideas on this. Never had data standard errors on otherdot updates.

ANYONE? with not being able to uninstall the 2025.2 update this has really put a dent in our workflow now.

Anyone from the Data Standard group have any ideas?

There is a change in the Inventor and AutoCAD xaml files and underlying default.ps1. The script listed in your error is no longer used. So, I guess you have an issue with conflicting files in CAD and CAD.Custom. If you rename the customization folder, e.g., to CAD.CustomRenamed folder, you should see the new behavior like this:

You can continue using the breadcrumb selection, but in this case, you would need both the legacy XAML files and the breadcrumb.ps1 file (which is still there as a default.

HI Markus

Thanks for the reply.

Yes I had a custom Default.ps1 for the breadcrumb.

Deleting it now makes data standard work again, but with the folder selection as you show.

When did this happen? Was it part of the 2025.2 update?

Thanks

Yes, the change relates to Update 2. The What's New in the Help is brief, so I will add more details, like the slide posted here, in a future blog article.
