There are many obsolete Parts which are not manufactured anymore. And we don't want those to be displayed yet the data should be in system(Vault). Is it possible to control the item display for those Parts which are Obsolete.
For Example: VP-123.idw and VP-123.ipt are part and drawing for VP-123 and no more in production and when we search for VP-123*, we can see the Obsolete State file in search list. We don't want anything to be displayed when we search for such Obsoleted item. Yet the history should be in Vault.
Is there any way to do it?
