How to create a report template

Hello again,

When I was making een report of our library folder and showed it to my mentor he was excited about the posibilities that it offers for the company.

He asked if it was possible to add the stocknumber in the list.

So I did some research and found a usefull link.

I followed the instructions and did a test.

But after numerous tries it still didn't work.

 I used this link:

I followed the guidlines discribed in the manual like this:

I used the Project Dashboard template to start.

Also when I saved the new settings, I recieved the following error:

It's in dutch, but basicly it's saying I'm not the administrator...

So I saved it in a folder within our Vault workgroup.

I can select the template, and it loads everytime without fail, but it doesn't include the stocknumber I so desperately want.

Does anyone have a tip or a solution for me? 

Does anyone have a good way of completely cutomizing the templates completely without having to use complex coding?

Hello,

we had the need to go beyond the standard features provided by the Vault reporting, and so we extended the Vault reporting via Data Standard.

If you are familiar with Powershell and the VaultAPI you can simply customize the table as you want.
