Vault Server doesn't open

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to open Vault Server Console, but the window keeps static and the app doesn't open.

Could you help me please.

Hi Gilberto,

When did this start happening? What OS and Vault version are you using? 

What version of SQL are you using? Make sure you are using a supported combination. 

If the ADMS Console does not open I would make sure you can connect to the SQL Server using the username: SA and password: AutodeskVault@26200 Also I would run the Autodesk Data Management Server console to make sure you do not have any issue with .NET or IIS.
