I need to check in the new assembly to the vault by using API. Currently i managed to go up to the log in to the vault. Now i'm need to check in the Assembly. is there any rule that will check in the files that are open in Inventor.

I suggest leveraging the iLogic-Vault capabilities available in Inventor/Vault Pro 2024 onwards. This allows reusing the existing connection and calls the check-in user command, which is the only available path to a concise assembly check-in.

Can you elaborate on what specific iLogic-Vault command allows robust assembly check-in? The help page describes no such function, although oddly the "CopyLocalFile" function description alludes to it.

"ThisApplication.CommandManager.ControlDefinitions.Item("VaultCheckinTop")" is less than ideal since it only applies to the active document, doesn't support comments, keep checked out, etc.., and requires user intervention to interact with the check-in dialog box.
