Vault Data Standard 2018.1 - changed folder structure

I've got some trouble with changing the order of the dynamic properties. I wanted to change the order in the file 

"C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vault 2018\Extensions\DataStandard\CAD\Configuration\InventorDynamicProperties.xml"

Nothing happend?! After looked in the folder C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vault 2018\Extensions\DataStandard\, i found 2 new folders CAD.Custom and Vault.Custom.

In CAD.Custom i found a second InventorDynamicProperties.xml and it was empty. After i copied my XML from the old path to the new path everything worked fine. Data Standard 2018.1 ignores changes in the old path.

I can't find something in the read me and i don't know what changes are made with the Update 2018 and 2018.1  of Data Standard.

Does some one know if there are more changes with this version? I'm pretty confused right now...

I compiled a documentation about the features, benefits, and exceptions (as of today) of the updated structure.
