Powershell Issue on Save with Vault Numbering Schemes

Hi,

Upon saving a new (FG) component that uses our Vaults Numbering Scheme I am always prompted with this error. I am able to press ok and continue to the Numbering Scheme prompt but want to resolve this.

Any solutions? Using IV 2024.3 and Vault Professional 2024.3
