I have a machine on which Vault will crash upon loading, when I add a certain extension. On other machines it will load sucessfully. I want to investigate reasons by using the ExtensionLogConfig.xml which is described in the knowledge base and here

Unfortunately no logging file is created, not even on the healthy machines, although the modules load.
I placed the attached file in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vault 2014\Extensions
