Workflow primitive does not support to add resubmit task
In CN workflow sometimes print assemblies & eBOM fails to print the physical copies and user do not have option to resubmit the task. Admin also do not have option to add the resubmit workflow step in the workflow.
Please provide the ability to add workflow step for tenant admins.
As of now the work around is time consuming and in effective.
you could consider adding a route in your workflow which would have a primitive routing back to print primitive and enable print again. However, this means this primitive for routing would be a task for user to re-try printing or end workflow and would be a manual task. Do you see any challenges if using this prosed solution in your user flow?
