I am aware of the "inactive" status, however due to company policies when a user ends their employment relationship they must be removed from all accounts and sites related to the company, which includes Upchain, for this reason changing the status to "Inactive" does not works for me. Therefore, for audit purposes, you are unable to completely remove it because it would be impossible to link the actions of that user with your Items. In many cases you need a trail so you can see what that user has done, he was also legally bound to do any intentional harm to your data.
