When checking out files from the upchain workspace, Upchain automatically creates an extra subfolder named after the user’s email address within the defined parent folder, and places the checked-out files inside it. This adds unnecessary layers in the folder structure and is creating confusion for users when managing their files.
We would like an option to disable this behavior so that files are saved directly in the specified workspace folder (as set in the settings) without generating the extra email-based subfolder.
Requesting this as an enhancement in Upchain to simplify the file checkout process and improve usability.
