Due to business processes and to properly implement logical checks, our team has separate Workflows for Major and Minor Revisions. However, the Revision Type must be selected by the user independent of the workflow, which our Workflows cannot automatically check and is a cause of revision errors in our system. Further intensifying the issue, the Revision Type default cannot be set, and typically defaults to whatever was selected on the previous CR. Adding one more layer of confusion, the Release Type does not appear as a drop-down menu until it is clicked on. This adds several layers of complexity and several opportunities for errors in the workflow. We would appreciate implementation of any one of the following suggestions, any of which would help our Workflows greatly (in order of preference, but possibly in reverse order of design complexity): Create a "System" Primitive option to adjust these values, essentially performing the Bulk Major and Bulk Minor commands automatically depending on the workflow selected. Allow a logical check in the "System Decision" Primitive to reject the workflow if the Revision Type does not equal the required value (i.e. whether "minor" or "major"). Set the default Release Type to blank, therefore forcing the WF Creator to select a Revision Type.
