HELP NEEDED ASAP --- Anyone from Autodesk out there, we are dead in the water

Hey we are dead in the water and getting no response from support, anyone on here able to help???

Both CAD connector and the Web browser are dead.

Support got back to us. It has fixed itself, apparently something to do with the API's - nothing came up on the status page and we where down for a minimum of half hour so caused a bit of panic amongst the team- lets hope its nothing that will rear its head again.
