Allow items that have picked up redistributed orphans on a CN to be edited.
Once an orphan has been assigned to a CN item it become uneditable -- you can't deselect the item or change the quantities.
This means that one =often= has to discard a CN (usually after investing significant time selecting individual items) because the orphan attachment and/or the R qty balance isn't desired.
If editing is particularly difficult then just de-selection would at least let you keep the rest of the items on the CN to complete them rather than throwing everything away.
