When a new item is created through the Upchain web application, users can’t attach or add 3D models later — that option is only available in CAD integrations (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.).
To avoid confusion, show an additional message along with the success popup:
“You can not add 3D models to this item.”
This will clearly inform users about the limitation and reduce support issues.
