part references during import (SolidWorks)

Is there an option/method to maintain SolidWorks part references when importing into Upchain?

As an example, I imported a part and its mirror, but the mirror did not maintain its link to the original part.  Similarly, in-context features were broken during import.

I also have seen this issue. As far as external references go, you should only make external references after creating the part in Upchain. As far as I can tell, if you make a new part with external refs, then create an item, the references will always go out of context. As for mirrored parts, Upchain doesn't support them from what I've experienced - if you eventually need to clone a mirrored part you're going to see issues. It will let you create an item and it will look like it works initially, but it can cause problems down the line.

That's unfortunate, but thank you for confirming my observations.
