Allow using a custom report in the Report workflow primitive

Apologies! I meant to post this in the Idea Forum. It's there now.

When using the Report primitive within a CR there's only one report option and no ability to customize the report. It would be helpful to either be able to edit the report template being used, or allow selecting one of the custom reports to use instead.
