Hello,

I am posting the issue on the forum to make Autodesk Support aware of that there is a problem with the trial downloads. I am attaching the images pertaining to the error. A week ago, I faced the same issue. Please fix this issue.

I know this phone number is already in use. I am the one who is using it. And most interestingly, I cannot use it. This is a frustrating error.

As you can see in the images, I have connected my phone number with my account and I am signed in during the trial intake section.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.

Hello again,

After tinkering with it a little, I found the solution. If anyone faces this issue in the future, just add the area code in front of your number once again as shown in the image of this message.

Sincerely.

I'm in the US, and adding our country code (which is 1) makes the field reject the number as an invalid phone number. Though there's apparently another country with the 1 country code, a PR somewhere, and when I said my number was that instead, it first sent me a verification code from someone other than autodesk, which didn't work. But then I tried again, and I got the same code from a different number, and this time it worked. Crazy stuff going on, here.
