How to activate Inventor 2024

I downloaded a 2024 version which i have a serial number. When i try to connect with it, does not work.

Welcome to the Autodesk Trial Connect Community!

I can see a trial on your account for Inventor, so you should be able to access Inventor 2024 using your Autodesk ID. I don't see any other licenses assigned to your account - do you know where your serial number came from?

1) Did you make the purchase with an email address different from the one you are using here by chance?

2) What is your Windows version?

3) Are you part of a large organization with an IT group? Or a single user at a small firm?

3) What do you see when you start the program? Show us in a screenshot please. Most of us get something like this and we use our Autodesk ID to log-in and stay logged in
