I have setup my account and am trying to install the setup.exe file and it fails to download for my trial period. I have tried multiple times and it does not download from the web. I turned off my McAfee Total Protection and it still did not download. Help please! The 15-day time clock has started and I can't event get out of the blocks.
Hi @ariehlV54MS,
Can you try visiting https://manage.autodesk.com/products and click View Details on the AutoCAD tile? You should then see the option to download the whole installer by selecting Direct Download, which can be accessed by clicking the down arrow on the black Install button - see below:
I hope this helps,

Thank you for the reply. No it did not. When I directly download, the offline installer file fails repeatedly.
Hi @ariehlV54MS,
Is this on a work computer and/or network? I'd also recommend seeing if the downloads listed here work.
If neither site works, I'd recommend trying a different browser before trying a different device or network.
I look forward to hearing from you,

This is a private network home office PC. None of those other links work either. I do not have another PC to use. I am setting up a new PC that I need to have AutoCAD loaded on it.
I am approaching this from a Microsoft helpdesk approach, as I think that may be the issue. I appreciate your help!
Hi @ariehlV54MS,
Can you clarify what you mean by Microsoft helpdesk approach? Are AutoCAD and other Autodesk Products the only affected downloads or are other downloads impacted?
