tinkercad need real help

Steps to reproduce
i have a problem about Tinkercad, first off its extremely hard to call support for help and there nothing really helpful in the database
then there is no way to keep the focus on a object with the zoom update that happen around 1year ago and it's extremely frustrating, before you could activate focus on a object (with F) or a point in the space and zooming/unzooming wouldn't affect the focus point, but now you can focus and everything but zooming/unzooming will change the position of the focus.. why???

Expected results
being able to contact support easier about tinkercad
not loosing focus point in tinkercad when zooming/unzooming

Actual results
extremely hard to contact about tinkercad
loosing focus point in tinkercad when zooming/unzooming

thats because Tinkercad is free to use

Autodesk doesn't have dedicated support for it thats why you can't call someone

all you have is the send us feedback button at the bottom of the page here when you are logged in: https://www.tinkercad.com/dashboard

Not to DarrenP I just can't find send feedback button

               I was doing 3D modeling when I accidentally deleted my project at the same time as all my tabs reloaded. I could not hit the back button and the project was gone so I was wondering if it was possible for you to access my Tinkercad account history and find my Project. The account name is "Incognito..." and I joined September 11 2023 the project is a ship. Please help me get it back it took a long time to make. This is how it looks like  Thank you.
