Tag all makes a mess in my sheet

Is there a way to fasten my work with ''tagg all''

When i use this it makes a insanly mass in my sheet, 

Is there a way that i can tag all a complete sheet with pipes etc.. without the tags overlap each other and make a mess like this,

also tagg all function will tag every single pipe, also the ones that are 10cm long, is there a way it will only tagg pipes that are 50cm long instead of ''every'' single one.

this will speed things up alot and i dont have to tagg all pipes in each room for 100 apartments.

Which software are you using? You opted to post in a forum that is likely to never get you a solution.
