Service Provider with Autodesk

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has had experience on what requirements a company must meet to be an Autodesk Service Provider. If you have worked in them and what are the duties of the company that subscribes to this type of services.

I know that a meeting can be required by filling out a form but they ask for a lot of information about my company. I would like to make sure that I can meet the requirements before submitting my information, which may be sensitive.

These cover details for both Service Partners and Value Added Resellers (VARs)

Though I was told a couple of years ago, that in order to be a service partner, you have to be recommended by a VAR. ... I haven't had a VAR in over 10 years, soooo, not looking good for me.
