Official Autodesk Certificate for Online Pearson Vue Examinee

Hi All,

I just took an exam today May 19, 2020 for Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) for Revit Architecture and Structure Design at Pearson Vue (Online exam). I passed both of them the badges were sent to my Email. However i did not receive any Official Certificate from Autodesk. Does someone also encounter this same situation. How can i get the Certificate after Passing the exam at Pearson Vue.

Thank you

Hi Maurin, i think you can only download Badges from Acclaim and not the certificate?

@Anonymous - You will need to go to the Acclaim/Credly site and select “Share” for your badge, then click the “printer” icon. This will allow you to print the certificate(s).Print.png

Hi Maureen. Thank you very much. i can now download certificate. My question now is i think for the certificate issued, does Autodesk remove the Credential ID on their Certificate? it seems on previous certificate they have  a code for each for authenticity?

@Anonymous - Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for your patience!  The issue has now been corrected. Please re-download your certificate from Acclaim (From your Acclaim dashboard, click on your badge to get details, click “Share” then click the “printer icon” to download a PDF), you should be able to see the verification link in the lower right side of the page.  Thanks!

@Maureen.H  you seemed very helpful in this topic and I hope you will be able to help me as well (please!)

I just downloaded my Certificate from Acclaim, but... I am not happy with it. That is not what I expected. The certificates that are issued by Certiport actually say "Certified Professional" and "in recognition of commitment to professional excellence... ", or "has successfully completed the program requirements of "Autodesk Certified Professional: AutoCAD".

The certificate issued by Pearson Vue (via Acclaim) looks like I would complete some kind of a 3h online course: "for successful completion of: Autodesk Certified Professional: AutoCAD...". It doesn't specify that I am a recognized, certified professional. It actually says "Certificate" on it, which is not the same as certification. It should be embarrassing for the testing center not to know the difference between the two...

Getting this Certificate was pretty disappointing. I tried to get an official certificate from Autodesk, but they kept sending me to Pearson VUE. Pearson VUE sent me to Certiport. And Certiport back to Pearson Vue...

Do you know by chance who should I contact regarding the "Certificate" mistake and other suggestions? I will greatly appreciate your help. I attach 2 images for reference.

Hi @Anonymous, i totally agree with you. when I first saw my certificate, I feel disappointed also and that is not what I expected. The certificate from Certiport seems more Legit compare to Pearson Vue Certificate issued by Autodesk. @Maureen.H  can you help us with this and can you change the format of acclaim certificate and make it seems more similar with Certiport certificate? thank you

@Anonymous  So I finally was able to get in touch with someone from Autodesk who knows what is going on. I was told that they got some feedback on the certificates already, and that they will be working later this year on updating the design. When the certificate design gets updated, we will be able to download an updated certificate from our existing badges.

I also shared my feedback regarding Autodesk Professionals search tool, where, I am pretty sure, those certified by Pearson VUE are not listed ( https://www.certiport.com/Portal/pages/ACPSearch.aspx )

When you have a chance, could you please share your thoughts on certificate design as well? This is the email address I was using and the Autodesk representative was very informative and helpful:

[email protected] (extra push can't hurt, right?) Thank you!
