Difficulty with a Demolition Plan, need some guidance about where I'm going wrong

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’d appreciate any help. I’m working on a project with a demo plan. I’ve created new layers: A-Demo-dashed, A-Existing (not hidden), A-Demo-New (not dashed), A-Existing-Hidden, and so on. I then went ahead and make a copy of the existing floor plan, moved it over and changed the structural walls to a new layer (a-existing) while making the walls that need to be removed as the a-demo-dashed.

Here’s my issue: I’m unclear on what specific information needs to be included in the demo plan versus the proposal plan (which comes after the demo? still unsure). I have the marked-up floor plan that show the two walls that need to be removed, a new opening in the upper left corner, and the new walls being added.

My demo plan currently only shows the elements being removed, but I’m unsure whether I need to add the new walls or structural details as well or if my layering is correct. The proposal plan, which follows the demo plan (?), outlines the new layout with the new walls and old walls being removed.

I’m stuck on whether my demo plan is missing information, if it has too much, or if the proposal plan is even needed. Or if my plans are just plain ugly. I've attached the markup below of the needed work, and my work. Any guidance on what should go where would be greatly appreciated!

For clarity and also different crew may come out to do different work, I typically would show a separate demo plan describing what needs to be demolished.

This is followed by a construction plan showing where the new walls are built.

What I do see missing are dimensions for both plans. You should indicate that which typically may be used to estimate costs.  Also for the construction plan, you may want to show the actual furniture/fixture to be installed if that's part of the contract. This is where you can also label interior elevations along with room numbers to be referenced to a room schedule. Likewise if there are doors added, these would need to be labeled preferably relative to the room numbers again to be referenced to a door schedule. Eventually, you'll also need to add Sections & Details showing how the new walls are made of and etc.

looks like you missed showing this 90 degree new wall section:

I purposely left out the dimensions to focus on the new ones, but I'll go ahead and add them back and start adding more furniture. I definitely appreciate your input and help. I was scratching my head and going in circles trying to figure out what to include. For the most part, does it look okay/readable? If the demolition plan is showing just what walls or structures are being removed like I have, and the construction plan (is that the name of the plan?) is showing new additions plus the schedule/labels/furniture, how would the new walls stand out? So that way it's not too cluttered.

If the construction plan gets too cluttered due to trying to show too much info that’s typically when enlarged plans are used. You’ll just show reference bubbles surrounding the area that will be given more detail elsewhere. Perhaps your office has a typical set of construction docunents to help you get a better understanding on how this is put together?
