Autodesk forums

This website has more forums that are needed for each specialty. OK that Autodesk wants to be in every sort of business, but I don't need or want to see anything about their other "products", I don't do moldflow, mechanical, or graphics animation. Upper management are probably proud of all their products, but there is no need to shove all this cruft in my and other PCB designers face.

The Win10 "unity" ****ty cellphone inspired interface on the site is lame, contrast less,  hard on the eyes, poorly functional.

Get a grip on reality.

I guess there's no pleasing everyone. If you don't like it, find a way to bypass what you don't want to see. Keep in mind that until you have shortcuts, you will need to see a list or two.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

What forum are you talking about. In the product forums I visit, mostly Civil 3D and AutoCAD, there is only posts on that product unless someone posts to the wrong forum.

Hi @csvanberg

Thanks for the feedback on this - You should just be able to find the specific product you're looking for and visit that board without going to other products; Which ones specifically were you looking at and seeing more filler? There ARE a lot of products and boards to sort through but they should all be directing  you to the appropriate parts of your products you need.

Hopefully we can get a mobile update in our near future - I don't know specifics on that but it is something we'd like!

Web design has to fit its users, which often are very different from
corporate directions, need to impress shareholders etc.
I would look at the open source community websites for clues on how to make
it look utilitarian, or user optimized.
Large logos, smiling faces of people in suits have little function. 🙂

You have so many products that "crossover" needs I fear is a slim chance.
I'm only using EagleCAD for over 10 years, everything else gets in the way.
I can find it but why all the product clutter?

All valid feedback  - I'll let our forum developer team know as it IS important to have not just a visually appealing forum, but also one that is easy to find what you need. Thanks @csvanberg  - hoping we can keep improving and really bring what our users WANT and need here.
