In AutoCAD, what has been the hardest tool to implement?

Some folks have trouble with annotations and scale, some folks struggle with viewports... You get the idea. At your firm, what is the hardest tool that you're using, and how did you overcome that difficulty? I am not considering any recent AutoCAD tools in the last 5 years, but those functions that are 10 years or more old.

 

Whatcha got? I am also presuming the juice is worth the squeeze for a given tool. 🙂 I did cross-post this question in the AutoCAD forum, knowing not all people frequent this tech manager forum.

For our team, annotative scaling was probably the hardest feature to adopt. Once everyone understood how annotation scales worked and we standardized templates, it became much easier and improved drawing consistency.
