Custom Install tab missing products for network license

I'm trying to do a custom network license install.  Under "Products and Services", my "Custom Install" tab only has 6 products listed.  Should it have all of the available products by default or is there something I have to do to add them to the list?

Hi @cc-autocad

Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums!   The custom install tool only shows subscriptions and licenses that have an active maintenance plan(contract).

Education Plan: When an education customer generates and registers a serial number for the newest available versions, it attaches a maintenance plan to it about 48 - 72 hours after registration. The license also appears under the "Subscriptions and Contracts" section once it has a maintenance plan.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Autodesk Account Subscriptions and Contracts page

  • Product is not listed because it does not support the New Installation Experience.
  • License Type selected is not correct. The product list is dynamically populated with the list of products based on the specific license type. E.g., when selecting "Autodesk ID", the list will show named user subscriptions.

Solution:

Verify the following:

After verifying, if the issue is still present, Contact Customer Support.

Education Plan: Contact support if the maintenance plan fails to get attached. If the license has a maintenance plan but is still missing from the custom install tool, see this article before contacting support.

We look forward to hearing back from you with more information so we can help you as a community!
