Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums! The custom install tool only shows subscriptions and licenses that have an active maintenance plan(contract).
Education Plan: When an education customer generates and registers a serial number for the newest available versions, it attaches a maintenance plan to it about 48 - 72 hours after registration. The license also appears under the "Subscriptions and Contracts" section once it has a maintenance plan.
- Product is not listed because it does not support the New Installation Experience.
- License Type selected is not correct. The product list is dynamically populated with the list of products based on the specific license type. E.g., when selecting "Autodesk ID", the list will show named user subscriptions.

Verify the following:
After verifying, if the issue is still present, Contact Customer Support.
Education Plan: Contact support if the maintenance plan fails to get attached. If the license has a maintenance plan but is still missing from the custom install tool, see this article before contacting support.
