Well, it's that time again. For the first time in three releases, there is an update for the Autodesk 2025 release - for those of you who are still using the Autodesk Network License Manager. This is a required update for Autodesk 2025 products. If you are still using network licensing for enterprise, educational, or government, and haven't updated since 2022, then it's time to update your Autodesk Network License Manager files to the latest and greatest (Autodesk) version. See below:
Autodesk is providing 11.19.4.1 (x64 only) for 2025 products for those of you who are still on network licensing and have not yet moved to Named User licensing. In addition, the NLM should still be available for Enterprise support level customers for the time being. If you haven't already updated to this version from your 2024 products, it is required that you update this and any 3rd party Flexera versions that you may be running to this release from Revenera or newer for this release.
NOTE: If you do not update with this release, you may get a 0.0.0 error.
For detailed installation instructions see this link:
Just like the last couple of years and moving forward, the License Manager files are no longer available for direct download from Revenera. Per their existing policy, you must obtain the license manager from your software vendor. You can download the Autodesk Network License Manager files here for only the 64-bit version moving forward:

You can update your license file to 2025 versions from your Autodesk Accounts page once your Subscription has been updated. Note: Just because the Autodesk product has been released, there is no guarantee that your Subscription has been updated yet.
Autodesk Product Keys no longer appear to be in use during installation but they are still used when manually resetting the license type. With the continued changes for future installs, Product Keys seem to have become antiquated. However, there are Product keys for 2025 and they follow the same formula as previous versions, with this release using the letter Q. This information may be useful if you are using a license reset tool.
You can use the online method to activate your license here:
https://register.autodesk.com and from your Autodesk Account Management page at https://manage.autodesk.com
Or you can contact your Value-Added Reseller for assistance. You can locate your VAR here:

Note: To update your license file, you will need to provide your serial number and ethernet ID of the new/current license server.
