Views & Groups - List vs Gallery

In the Views which has Groups, they function differently between List and Gallery.

List - When I minimise the Groups and close the Views, when reopening the Views the Groups are expanded again.

Gallery - When doing it in the Gallery, the Groups remain Collapsed.

I would prefer the List view behave similar to the Gallery view.
