Unable to display the heatmap

Hello,

To visualize the flow frequency of people on an entire office floor, I placed columns at approximately 1-meter intervals in Revit and linked them to Tandem. There are about 3,200 columns in total. For testing purposes, I've set up connections so that random numbers are assigned to each column. I'm transferring numerical data one endpoint at a time using Visual Studio Code. Up to about the first 300 columns, the heatmap displays correctly, but beyond that, the model switches to a wireframe view, and I can't visualize it as a heatmap. Is there a limit to the number of connections that can be handled within a single model? Thank you for your assistance.

From the capture on the left,Immediately after setting Connection、Data transfer in progress and The state where the wire frame display is displayed.

↓ Wireframe display may occur when the number of connections to be transferred exceeds 1000.

(1003/1003 is displayed on the right side of Connection.)

Hi @h-tsukamotoZ6HPG ,

Are you on a free account? Our pricing page outlines the limits on the number of Streams one user can have on free accounts.

Since you have 300 columns, each having one Connection (IoT device), sending at least one stream, you would have exceeded the 200-stream limit for free accounts. That's assuming you are on a free account.

Hello, Thank you for your response. I initially thought we had a paid account because of the company's enterprise agreement, but upon checking again, I realized that our account for Tandem is actually a FREE one. I also became aware of the limitation on the number of connections. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
